When you buy the Amazfit Band 5 you get 126 x 294 pixels of resolution with 290ppi as pixel density. On the other hand, those who choose to get the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 get 153 x 486 pixels of resolution with 326ppi as pixels density.

Both activity trackers come with displays that are dustproof and water-resistant. Also, each of these fitness trackers is sweat-resistant hence ideal for use while performing intense workouts.

Unfortunately, both bands don’t come with branded damage-resistant glasses like Asahi Dragontrail Glass and Corning Gorilla Glass.

Fortunately, Amazfit Band 5 and Xiaomi Mi Band 6 come with replaceable wristbands. That means users of these brands can customize the watch to match the day’s outfit.

In addition, the display on Xiaomi Mi Band 6 and Amazfit Band 5 is not always-on. Both activity watches don’t come with clips hence can only track activities accurately when worn on the wrist.

Also, Xiaomi Mi Band 6 and Amazfit Band 5 don’t come with a temperature sensor, barometer, perspiration sensor, and compass.

Without the temperature sensor, your watch will not track your skin’s temperature change. Without the barometer, your watch won’t be able to track barometric pressure or detect possible weather changes.

Lastly, without the compass, you don’t get directions. The compass is an important feature because it ensures you don’t get lost.

The Xiaomi watch and the Amazfit watch can detect activities automatically. Amazfit Band 5 is powered by a 125mAh battery that will keep charge for about 14 days. On the other hand, Xiaomi Mi Band 6 is also powered by a 125mAh battery that takes about 2 hours to charge to completion and will last for about 14 days.

Both smartwatches come with a battery level indicator to show you how much power is left. The battery on Amazfit Band 5 is irremovable while that on Xiaomi Mi Band 6 is removable.

Lastly, the Amazfit Band 5 tracker can charge wirelessly whereas the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 cannot charge wirelessly.
