The Xiaomi Band will last for 14 days on a complete charge and on smartwatch mode.

Samsung Galaxy Fit 2 on the other hand is powered by a 159mAh battery that can last for 15 days when used in smartwatch mode. Last, on battery, none of the two bands can charge their internal batteries wirelessly.
